Configure Shredstream in the Dashboard

Register, replace, and remove your account-wide Shredstream UDP destination.

Before you start

You need one of: an active Ultra plan paid by card, at least one UltraShreds destination ($100 a month each, available on any plan), or a destination granted to you by NoLimitNodes. Prepare:

  • A public IPv4 address, or an assigned receiver in 10.250.0.0/24
  • A UDP port from 1 through 65535
  • A receiver listening on that port
  • A firewall and network route that allow inbound UDP

Other private ranges, the relay address 10.250.0.2, loopback, multicast, reserved, broadcast, hostname, IPv6, malformed, and out-of-range targets are rejected.

Register the destination

  1. Open Dashboard → Projects → your project → an active node.
  2. Find Shredstream delivery in the node details.
  3. Enter the receiver IPv4 address.
  4. Enter the UDP port.
  5. Select Add destination.
  6. Read the SHRED-FANOUT-VERIFY/1 ... challenge from that UDP socket.
  7. Paste the full challenge into the verification field and select Verify destination.

Delivery remains pending until the challenge succeeds. No staff approval is required.

Add more destinations

The panel shows how many destinations your account may run and how many slots are free. When every slot is taken, buy UltraShreds from the same panel: pick how many destinations to add, confirm the charge on your saved card, and the new slots appear immediately.

Each unit is $100 a month, billed on its own subscription and prorated when you add units mid-cycle.

Replace a destination

Stop the destination you no longer want, then add the replacement. The new destination remains pending until you verify its UDP challenge.

Stop delivery

Select Stop on a destination and confirm. NoLimitNodes removes it from the delivery gateway and frees the slot.

Losing entitlement removes destinations automatically, newest first, down to what you still pay for. Moving off Ultra removes the plan-included destination but keeps every UltraShreds destination. Cancelling UltraShreds removes the purchased ones. Scheduling a plan cancellation keeps its destination available through the paid period; it is removed only when Stripe reports the subscription as canceled at period end.
