IN NO EVENT SHALL NOLIMITNODES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NoLimitNodes in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoLimitNodes and its employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

Termination by NoLimitNodes

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NoLimitNodes is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and NoLimitNodes individually. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.

Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
